TORCH-APP WORLD PROBLEMS

I have just setup my new Torch and am attempting to download a few of the many Apps I lost when my Tour crashed a few days ago but am having no luck. I select the App I want (free) it takes me to the appropriate App download page, I select download, it asks for my password, then it goes and loops me into my account info and will not process any further.

 

I have updated my Device Manager.

 

I have re-installed BB App World on my device.

 

I have authenticated my account with BB.

 

Is anyone else having issues with App World and if so were you able to resolve them?

I'm having the exact same problem as you, done the same things you've done to try toresolve it but to no avail :smileysad:  it's getting to the point where i'm mega frustrated now lol (ok i shouldn't be lol but hey).

I have the same problem and have tried everything.  I even did a factory reset and it did nothing but make the situation worse by deleting the apps I already had.

Hi guys/girls:
I was having the loop authenticating problem for some time, but I believed I foun how to overpass it, jejeje. Keep trying maybe 4 o 5 times and at each attemp you'll see the process from one screen to another until you'll se the progress bar of the download.
That's the way I managed to download apps from App World.
Please let me know if it works for you.

I too have the same problem and have posted the same in august but blackberry has not been able to solve it. I dont know what needs to be done next
