Got a torch 9800 that IM doing repairs on when slider rail flex cable is detached bb desktop picks it up on the laptop but when it is clip to the board the bb desktop don't pick it up.test a new slider rail flex cable out the phone and bb desktop picks it up but when placed in phone bb desktop do not pick it up.need help ASAP
