Am using the latest version... have uninstalled it and reinstalled from website download yesterday.


Yes, had the battery out yesterday too.

I've got a Torch 9810 which I've successfully connected in the past, and am using a Blackberry cord.  I can connect as a drive (to download my photos, etc.) but it won't connect to back up.  I also tried an old 9810 which also used to connect; no dice.  I recently had my computer disinfected - could some setup have been changed?
