I am unable to sync Outlook 2007 with my Torch 9800. When I set it up to sync with Outlook it looks OK and says to go ahead and use it but then comes up as not installed.
I am on AT&T. Please edit your Personal Profile with your DEVICE TYPE, DEVICE OS and Carrier

Using the BlackB7erry desktop manager software I switched from my Bold 9700 to an unlocked Tourch 9800. I thought all was well but though I have the envelope and the prior mail for my gmail, the phone will not validate the gmail account; so no new mail is being delivered. I tried to update and even a reinstall. Nothing is working. I use my Blackberry for everything to include work. Being active duty it is very important I have access to all of my email on my one device. I checked the BlackBerry site for support but everything refferes to things tha are not my specific issue. Can someone please help?
