I tried to update the Blackberry Apps store as notified on phone. Now phone is stuck in a reboot loop. I have tried pulling battery and connecting to computer, pulling SD card and sim. Nothing has any effect! Any ideas?

Try starting your device in Safe Mode.
If you can, then go to Options > Device > Application Management and delete the BlackBerry AppWorld.

Then, try to reboot your device in normal mode.
When you are successful with this, post back and let's see about downloading the old version of AppWorld.
Open the BlackBerry Browser on the BlackBerry smartphone.
