Torch 9810 Email Problems

I have tried everything I can find to get my work email address to sync with my phone, but I can't even get my BB to recognize my email address. I have followed the tutoring online for a business email address, but nothing. Please help.

Can you give a little more info, please? Are you using BIS or are you on a BES? Does you company use MS Exchange?
