Hi,
I am from the Philippines. I have a Torch 9810, Sun Cellular is my carrier. It has been working fine the last few days. Today, locked up showing error 507. I did a hard reset by taking the battery out, nothing happened.
Please help!!!

sorry I forget to indicate that I had this problem when I am currently upgrading OS 7.0 to OS 7.1 :-(

In addition, while updating the software, it stopped in Module 504... Please help!!!

This error message might appear because of the following causes:
The BlackBerry smartphone is connected to a laptop computer using a docking station.
