You only had this for one week? Take it back to where you got it, and get another one. It's too early to have to worry about all of this. Take it back. Today. This is why they have the 30 day guarantee period.

i am having the same trouble to which you have replied i cant take it back cause some one has given it as a gift to me from a different city.is there any other solution.

I have a 9810 Torch I cannot hear the other person at times when I make a call the only solution is to remove the battery and reboot

What same problems? This thread is about looking for applications which were installed on the original poster's earlier BlackBerry.

Does the speakerphone work, or is this problem ONLY through the phone internal speaker.

Ok. Then can you play music from the media player through the external or internal speaker or through a wired or bluetooth headset?

Good since the speaker is obviously working.
Perhaps reloading the OS will help you out.
Oh and make sure you have the volume on the calls turned All the way up high.

I've checked the volume so that's not the issue maybe the os needs to be reloaded do u have any idea how to go about that.thanks a lot though
