Torch 9810

Please help!  I just got the Torch 9810.  It rings ONLY ONCE, then only vibrates.  I cannot get it to ring more than once and am missing important calls!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

If, after that one ring, it's rolling then to your Voice Mail, then you need to ring up your mobile service provider (ATT, according to your profile here) to adjust that...the ring time duration is something controlled by their system (BTW -- it's elapsed time, not a number of rings...the number of rings would vary depending on the time length of your chosen ring tone.)

That's not the problem.  It rings once, then only vibrates and says phone is muted at the bottom of the screen.  I spent an hour on the phone with AT & T and they say it is not their issue, but an issue with the phone itself.  Help!

Then go into your Sounds or Profiles app and try making adjustments there. On-device, that is where all of this is controlled.
