I am running version7.1.0.163 on Verizon. my problem is during phone calls, the phone will drop the call, and i cannot make any more calls to anyone without pulling the battery and rebooting. Gave an error code , but unfortunately i did not write down. Any insight to this problem would be appreciated.

what is the error code? that could help out alot

I actually only had the error show up one time and it was after i powered it on and off, not pulling the battery. Did not write it down, was somethhing like b.b phone not responding, or busy. Problem happens once every couple of days, usually when i need the phone the most. Have not noticed any other issues when i use other functions on the phone. Thanks for your response.

Did you try to update to 7.1.0.205?
Mine is 9860 with this version and it runs terrific.

Dont know if this is a sure fix or not, but i have wiped the phone and reinstalled O.S with desktop manager instead of over the air. So far have not had any issues with phone since. Will post if any occurs. Faith is slowly being restored in BB.

I always update via desktop manager.
