I have a problem with the BB display picture i am not able to show it , for myself and also for some other contacts in my contact list

 

Plus other problem with the battery of the torch 9860 ? what is goint on with the battery ? it is not staying more than 3 to 4 hours maximum !!

Please update your phone to the latest OS available as well as the BBM app. Updating to the latest device OS makes it more battery efficient compared to older OS. Regarding BBM, it normally takes some time for a BBM display pic to show up but as soon as the user changes his/her photo, it should be updated as well if you are using the latest Blackberry Messager version.
