Torch Update Issue

Hello,

 

I apologize if this is out there. I did attempt a search. After updating the device software, I can longer send pictures from the media section. The button to send is there but inactive and there is no option in the menu. I also can't select files to attach through email. The update was completed through my desktop. The battery pull did not fix the issue. Please let me know if you need anything else from me.

What is your Operating System loaded to your device?
Look at Options > About, third line down beginning with a "v.6.x.x.xxx"

What OS are you on? Type in a new message MYVER and a space after to see and report back please.

or goto Options > Device > Software Updates and report back with Bundle number

Anytime you do a battery pull reboot, the device re-scans the media card to rebuild the indexes and thumbnails. After the reboot, give it 5 minutes to complete, just for safety sake.
