Just activated my BB Torch 9850 on the Sprint network two days ago. Today it decided to stop receiveing or sending emails. Checked some settings and all seemed well for email so I rebooted. Yeah emails again, woo-hoo! Not too long a time afterward, it froze and I had to pull the battery to restart yet again. So...um, what the hell?! Thoughts? Not a good start for my handset, just sayin'. Any thoughts on what, why, and how I can make it so it dosen't happen again would be appreciated. Thanks!

If I were you, I'd upgrade it to the latest OS Sprint has available, it probably came with 7.0.0.2xx and I believe 7.0.0.374 is the lastest from any carrier. If you need help, please post back.
