I am using the new blackberry torch.  Approximately, twice a day I get phone calls that I can not answer.  The phone rings, but it does show an incoming call on the screen and will not allow me to answer the call.  I am getting the following error message.  Can anyone help?

Uncaught exception:  Application net_rim_bb_phone_app (152) is not responding; process terminated.

I am getting the same exact symptoms and error on my Verizon torch 9850 also, the only way to get it to stop ringing is to pull the battery.

Same here. I bought 4 9850's and they all have the same issue. I am on my 3rd unit and it behaves just as bad as the first.

Same thing just started happening to me but with no effects other than the error message.  If I just hit OK, the message goes away.  I am able to make and receive calls normally with no battery pull.  Strange

Same as jrcjrc with my verizon Torch 9850, so I'm wondering... are these only Verizon BB's having this error? Any comments from posters on this thread - might help us narrow down the issue. I administer 20 BB's for my company, testing the Torch for potential replacement of our fleet of twitchy Storm2's, I like the torch, but this error might make this phone a no go for me.

I am having the same problem. I know its not just the phone because I recently purchased a blackberry torch 9850 2 weeks ago and about a week ago i turned it in because I was having these problems. Then with the replacement torch I am STILL having these problems.

I really hope someone can give us the answer to this question because it is extremely annoying.

I just installed the 374 update and haven't seen it happen.  Yet.  Only been 24 hours.
