Hi,
My touch screen calibration is out, and there doesn't seem to be a way to re-calibrate the screen on the device.
Please advise on how or what I can do to recalibrate the screen as currently the touch screen is unusable.

Hello Nes
Welcome tot the Community
I'm also using 9810 but I haven't had this issue. If the phone was not physically damaged, please run the Device Self Test on your phone by going to Options>Device>Device Status and Information> then type the word "test" on your keyboard. It will test all functionsof the phone. It may take some time to complete the test so please be patient.
Let us know what go will get.

Hi Ronbob,
I tried that, the test just completed with no notifications (actually I have assumed it completed), but the calibration issues are continuing. To put into perspective the problem, the highlight on the screen position can be out as much as 10mm.

Hello everyone, just saw this post last night and ran some tests and the results were promising. how can I send the test file to the forum so that they can be looked at. It seems that while doing the touchscreen test the unit kept picking up hits in the upper left quadrant when I was hitting the lower right and vice versa.
