Hi can anyone help..Trying to fix my trackpad issue for bb torch 9800..just had it since a month and trackpad not working at all..can anyone help please? do you think it has a link with my bundle which is now still 6.0 - 2475 one..

Try a Battery pull please, with the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery 15 seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot device. This will clear all cache like rebooting a PC. Then try again and see if your problem persists.
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 5.0.4 and BES 10.2.2 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2008

I am having a problem with my Trackpad: it was working fine but then all of a sudden stopped (after uninstalling some software I think).
I have tried multiple battery pulls and want to know if there's a specific "service book" that might be missing or something.
