Trackpad problems

When I put a case on my torch 9810 the trackpad sometimes does not work, it will work fine and then not respond. I know the simplest suggestion would be to not have a case on but I don't want to keep letting my phone getting scratched. Any help? Thank you!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

From what you describe, the case is too tight, and is squeezing the BB causing it to deform, causing various things to connect/disconnect inside incorrectly. I would recommend immediate removal of the case and not using it at all...if you continue, I fear you will do permanent damage (e.g., rather than just deforming, something inside might break). Then, seek advice from the case supplier...such should not happen with a properly designed and manufactured case.
