If you go into the Setup icon and into Email Accounts does it already have an account setup in there for you?

Have you checked with your carrier to see why the PIN is registered in their system already?

Yes I did call them and they didn't know what's wrong.
I was wondering why RIM company doesn't have technical support for individuals ?!! To answer and solve their problems?!

If you contact them again you can ask if they can transfer you over to RIM to see why the PIN is already registered
