My Carrier: AT& T

Unable to get newly downloaded app to open

I get the usual message it installed okay but when I try to open it, I get this message. Error starting BestEMailSpamBlocker: Module 'net_rim_bb_qm_platform' not found. What does this mean & can if be fixed? Any help will be greatly appreciated !!!!

Please pull the battery while your BlackBerry is ON and reinsert again in a few seconds.

I did a battery pull after reinstalling the app and it didn't help so I tried before and after with the same result : - (
