Since the outage I have not been able to log in to my blackberry ID account. The outage is now fixed but it still comes up with the same message every time I try. BlackBerry Protect keeps keeps displaying the message that I have to verify my account but when I do all I get is "Unable to log in to your Blackberry ID account". I have also reset the password on the device (Torch 9860 running OS 7), so that was possible, but I still cannot log in Naturally I cannot download anything from the App Store as I also have to verify my account when I want to download... Can anybody help?
