Hey peeps. I have a 9810 (OS 7.1.0.342 Platform 5.1.0.276) and the external emails appear to be downloading,  but all I have is a pane around the image. This is happening on all my addresses (hotmail, Google, yahoo, 

 

All the options are ticked as displayed above. I have even tried changing to download the images manually 

 

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

i am able to view these options only in email preferences manu.
