Unable to save anything on my device

I have a Blackberry Torch 9800 and I am unable to save any pictures, videos or music on my device. When I try to save a picture from Facebook for example, it gives me the options to save on my device or on the memory card, but when I go to my pictures, there's NOTHING! Same goes for my music and videos...PLEASE HELP!

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

 

Thank you for your question regarding the issue you are experiencing with saving media on your BlackBerry Torch 9800 smartphone.

 

Try transferring (backing up) the media from your media card to a PC and reformatting the card as shown here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10527
