Hi, as far as I know, this app is the phone calling application for the BB. I'm sure some expert can confirm or correct this.
Although, if I was in your possition I would try to update to the newest official version of OS to re-install all software in the BB and thus solve the problem.
IMO this will likely solve the issue. Perhaps the problem is more serious (something broke in the BB) and then the error keeps there, but it is worth the try.
Don't forget to backup precious data, first

BES and Fusion on Windows2003 32bits. Exchange is 2007 on 2008 64bits
BES is 5.0.3.41, BDS in Win2008R2. SQL Server 2005 is in a dedicated database server in same subnet.
