Hello all,
I am extremely unhappy with my torch. I bought it about 7 months ago and its battery lasts less than a day. It freezes all the time. I have done all the updates etc. but it did not help.
Does anybody know how the warranty works? Can I return it or what can I do to make it fixed?

To remedy the battery situation, have a look at this article and make use of as many of the tips as possible:

To resolve the freezing, make sure to do regular battery pulls. To do that, remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.
