I have already exceeded the number of attempts and there's 0 attempts left. How can I unlock my phone? I already have the unlock code but it's no longer accepting since 0 attempts left.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

If you do not use the alt or shift key when entering the password on the BlackBerry smartphone, the password will consist of the corresponding letters on the keypad. As a security feature, the BlackBerry smartphone is designed to allow a maximum of 10 attempts.

Sorry but after 10 attempts, it is permanantly locked.

Always call the unlocker company if it does not work in 3 tries.
