I cannot install any apps to my Torch. I get a nessage that state I have an unsupported Operating System. Twitter disappeared from my apps. The Blackberry App Store disappeared. My Bank of America apps is no longer supported. And I cannoy upgrade AP News.

Still not working. My Twitter disappeared. According to SYNC the app is on my phone. However it is not. It is not "hidden."It does not appear in MY downloads, although there are quite a few associate files in my files folder. I also do not have APP World. And, I cannout update existing apps due to unsupported operation system.

What is this "SYNC" that tells you the app is on your phone?

It is the Blackberry Torch software on my laptop. I have been trying to update my Torch in the hope of clearing the error message "unsupported operting system". It has a Sync feature when connected to phone. One of the sync options in apps. At the app option it shows my Twitter.

Your Desktop Software does not 'sync' software. It will load applications to your device IF that app is part of the OS file you have downloaded. The sync feature is for data such as calendar, contacts, media etc.

The AppWorld download is now working.

Using your BlackBerry browser, go to www.blackberry.com/appworld and download it.

I was able to download AppWorld but I cannot launch it.

Can't find the icon?

You click on the icon and nothing happens?

OIcon was there, but would not launch. After many tries it finally did launch. Seems I has ten apps that had updates waiting. I did them all. Often I got an error message "uncaught exception java.lang.error. All seems to be working now. Thank you.
