I am have a Blackberry 4G Torch 9810. For some reason the voice command turns on and off whenever it feels like. I hear, "Please say a command." Then it starts reading my texts and emails in public, at work, and where ever. It drives me nuts, and it stops for no reason at all, and then starts up again in just a few hours doing exatcly the same thing. I looked throught the options and settings in the phone and I can't find how to shut it off and keep it off. My freinds and co workers have too. I don't want the phone to keep reading out my personal life where ever I am. Please help.

I've seen/heard that before. Sometimes it's caused by using non-OEM headsets that have a slightly different post than the OEM devices have. Other times this has been caused by a fault in the OS itself, and is cured by later OS levels. Please check both options...for the OS level, refer:
