Where did my tones go?

I have a Torch, did the at&t software update Oct 6th and now I have none of the pre installed ringtones, alarm tones ect.... that came on the phone.  I do have the at&t tone and that is it.

Hello mhicok,

 

I would suggest reloading the software as shown in KB11320. Be sure to back up your device before doing the reload as all data will be deleted.

 

After the reload completes, test to make sure the default tones work. To restore your data, see KB23680
