app world an error has occured please try again later

Hi I've used app world before and never had problems. For the last two weeks it gives me an error message. I have called my service provider but no luck,I've deleted app world and loaded it again but same problem. Can someone please help me.blackbeRry torch,vodacom

Are you trying to access it over your network connection or over WiFi?

Please refer to these KBs as reference for how the path of access is different for different versions of AppWorld:

  • KB23854"A data plan is required to use this feature" sometimes appears in BlackBerry App World
  • KB17678Common error messages in BlackBerry App World

Well, as you read the KB, you may discover that there is no problem to fix. In the latest versions of AppWorld, the on-device version works solely via the carrier data network and not via WiFi.
