appworld not downloading

Hi everyone, I got a random message rfom facebook offering to install a new version, I took the option of installing without app world, and now facebook has not actually installing. Only the old one has deleted. I try to go through appworld, but it's forcing me to install teh latest cversion and everytime I try to install it, it says download fialed.

've tried through my computer while my blackerry is connected, as well as directly through the balckberry. I've rebooted a million times andnothing is working!

Any ideas? This sucks, I dont want to buy a new blackberry till the new torch comes out next year!

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

I would suggest re-installing BlackBerry World by going to www.blackberry.com/appworld/download and then restart the BlackBerry smartphone and proceed by going to www.blackberry.com/facebook

 

Once the download is complete, restart one last time and then access Facebook for BlackBerry.
