balackberry id error

right so i tried to get the new bbm and stuff, i guessed my password but i guessed it 10times >.<

and then it said try again in 15mins, so i reset my phone 15mins later and it came up with the same thing

when i go on bbm it says "cannot set up bbm ------------ an error occurred with blackberry id"

any ideas on how to fix it? ive tried resetting and stuff but yeah, god knows if this is the right place but heyy, thanks <3

Which model of BlackBerry smartphone do you have and what version of BlackBerry Device Software do you currently have installed? This KB article should help you check.
