bb id

I can not open app world, when i want to open it to update apps i got a message that the id is not wright, i didn't change anything, when i want to reset the password, i got a message that it is not possible and that i am blocked for a periode.

after this period i try it again, and get the same message

Even tried is on the pc, but i got the same message

Can nog update or download anything, change the email adres to log in, didn't help

Can somebody give me the solution what i have to do, so i can use bb app world again??

I will try it to make more specific

When i want to log in by app world, i fill in my user id ( email) and password

then i got a message that i tried to many times to log in, and i am blocked for 15 minutes,, then i can try it again, but when i do, i got the same message

even when i try to chance my password it gives the same message

 

Ik hope this is more clear for you to help me?

i have read the thread, and i recognize what they say there, but it gives not the solution to use my bb id again

i still got al the time i tried to log in, the same message, invalid password and  locked out fo 15 minutes

next try the same problem, and so far i dont get any further

I dont know what else i can do anymoren?

please help

I'm sorry, but you have not read ALL that is in that post, for that includes the method for you to see human-based formal support...if all else fails, that is the next logical step for you.

From the BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry 6:

  1. Navigate to Options > Third Party Applications > BlackBerry ID.
  2. Click on Change next to BlackBerry ID Password.
  3. Enter in the current password, followed by the new password. Enter the new password again in the confirm password field, then click OK.
  4. A confirmation message will display Your password has been successfully changed.
  5. Click OK.

This are the instructions from the site, but....

when i navigate to blackberry id, i dont see change on my device next to bb id password

I only can enter the password, which doenst fit

PLease Help!!!!
