bb's are rubbish

hi does anyone know if you can send your mobile phone directly to blackberry for a different model completely as i have had numerous problems

No. You have to go thru your provider. They can connect you to BB (RIM) support tech. If they determine it cannot be fixed and it is still in their 1 year warranty,they will authourize a replacement or to send it back to them,proabably thru your provider.

Hello,

To clarify...for device-level issues and requests, it may or may not be the provider (if you meant "mobile service provider"). Rather, it is the original place of purchase or an authorized service center -- it varies by region. If the user purchased their BB from their mobile service provider, then that might be the place to go...but if the user purchased from a 3rd party authorized reseller, then they might instead go back to that reseller. The terms for all device-level support vary by region, and each user must check their original purchase documentation to discover the exact methods and terms of their device-level support.
