text message icon went suddenly missing from home screen after setting up mail account . screen only has messages icon and clicking that takes to email messages. please help!!! how to restore???
You can download BlackBerry Desktop software to restore and back up or if you have downloaded BlackBerry Protect, you can restore your device over WI-FI. If all else fails, you might have to wipe your device. But before you do anything, try a simple battery pull to initiate a hard restart.
