I know for a fact that my bbm is hacked by my ex how do I block him from hacking!

He told me that he hacked my bbm! And everything that I do on my bbm he knows about if I chat to someone he'll know word for word, if I add someone he knows! I just need a solution to block the hacking!

1. BBM can't be hacked. Well, at least if he did, he'd be the first in 10 years. Is he that brilliant to do what no other has been able or has enough money to hire someone to do this and keep it quiet at the same time?

2. a) Has he had access to your BlackBerry enough time to read it?

b) has he had your BlackBerry enough time 10-15 mins to install some application on it that might be capturing keystrokes,

c) does he have access to your BlackBerryID password? email password?

d) do you have some unfaithful friend who's telling him about you?

Yes to b and c! How does he know exactly who I spoke to and what I said, if he stays in Johannesburg and me in Cape Town! And if bb I'd and email is the problem how do I fix this! I do appreciate your help! As I know it is impossible to hack bbm, for the reason that I work for the SAPS and if we do get cases involving bb it is impossible to see what was said on bbm if it is deleted!

OK, first, go to Options > Advanced > Applications and give me a list of ALL applications installed there.

Secondly, in this order.

Using a PC, change your email account password. I don't know what kind of email you have, so if it is Gmail, go to the Gmail site; if is Yahoo mail, go to Yahoo and change the password. Make it something he won't know, use at least one uppercase character and a couple of numbers, about eight digits long.

AFTER that and after you have confirmed a new password on your email account, on your BlackBerry,

Go to mobile.blackberry.com OR to www.blackberry.com/integrate
• Scroll down to Communication and then to Email.
• Choose the appropriate email set up options, enter your new email password there.

If you can change you password ok from the BlackBerry, good. Do it.

I agree, delete the anti-virus app, there's no virus for BlackBerry, never has been, hence, wasted space.
