bbm problem

I need help, I cannot open my bbm, the message that appeared is "associating BBM with your blackberry ID"  and it was there for 3 days and still reading. I cannot find also the apps world.

Please try a Battery pull reboot by removing your device Battery , then try again.Also if you can locate a wi- fi then try it over wi -fi .
