big problem with torch 9800

hi mangment

i bay me blackberry torch from saudi arabia my services is STC

 

but i have more problem need urgent fixed from yoyr end to avoid any problem with customer

 

i give you problem:

- slow with internet some time open nd some time not open should be restart my phone

-facebook last ver not work nd twtier nd rss nd my spase

-software update form blackberry every time give no update avalbel

-hang up

-the volume slow

-the app world not work in saudi arabia

-my ver is last 6.0.0.246 but still your not fix pleas need urgnet to resolv the problem or

i dont need torch nd return my mony due am customer

You need to understand that "managment" of RIM/BlackBerry does not actively participate in this forum, so addressing them to fix your device is not an option here.

 

Where did you buy your Torch?

That is where you should go for technical support of your 9800 Torch.

 

PS: AppWorld does not work in Saudi Arabia, because your service providers in SA have signed agreements to support AppWorld.

 

Your other problems likely could be fixed, but you'll need to provide better detail and more clarity of the issues.

AND, what carrier is branded on the device, AT&T, Rogers, or who?

So that problem involves not connecting via WiFi. Is that your issue also?

If your Torch has OS 6.0.0.246, you can upgrade with these instructions:

Do a backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > Backup. Close Desktop Manager upon completion.

1. Download the OS file to the PC then install it to the PC by running (double clicking) the file you downloaded.
2. Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
3. Plug in BB and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

AND I BAY FORM SAME CARRIER

Yes you should be able to upgrade the device with no problem.

 

For your other issues, you should contact your service provider technical support. If they cannot help you resolve anything, ask them to escalate the issue to a RIM level tech support person.
