i got my bb torch 9860. it was using wi-fi connection. but when i update software it is not using wi-fi at all, when i go to wi-fi dignostic it shows local ip address as missing mean does not shows local ip address. tell me the solution for that problem. please huury
I'm guessing that when you upgraded the device erased the WI-FI connection Permissions. Simply put in the password and if it still does not work, manually input the IP address. Have a good one. Hope this helps.
