blackberry blue screen

good day,

 

i just downloaded the new version v.7.01.23 on my blackberry an i am only getting a blue screen. my phone is a blackberry 9850. how do i rectify this? help!!!!!

Do you have a BlackBerry data plan with your network service provider?  Also are you connected to a Wi-Fi network?  Also I would suggest re-installing BBM by going to www.blackberry.com/bbm and then restart the BlackBerry Torch 9850 smartphone.
