Can you please help... My device keep telling me "your blackberry I'd account are logged". I can't download anything, because of this. I already try to reset it, by choosing the option "forgot password" and followed all the steps, but it still doesn't want to work. The blackberry protect icon also stays on my homescreen and if a go in it,it says your bb I'd account has been logged. Please help
