Thanks for the question.

You can try to reinstall missing applications such as Password Keeper by following this blog post: http://t.co/fSi8BvH

Re: blackberry password keeper app.

Many many thanks that worked. Have all passwords back. But not out of the woods yet  have 2 more problems and they are minor compared to the password keeper.

1) Can't use the phone with out putting my calls on speaker phone. The person on the other phone can hear me but I can't hear them. I think this is just a setting but tried everything I can think of and no luck.

2)  Restored BBM got everything back except my groups.  Go into desktop software do a restore on BBM check off groups but nothing.

If you find the time to answer I thank you very much.

Re: blackberry password keeper app.

Hey letswatchit,

Sorry for the delay in replying.

Here is the answers to your questions:

1. When you're in a call and press menu key and enable speakerphone and then press menu key and enable handset, do you still hear no audio?  Try playing a media file and press menu key and enable handset to see if you hear any music.  This might be a hardware related issue.  I look forward to your reply on this issue.

2. Sadly if your BBM™ groups do not get restored, you will need to be re-invited to the groups.  Try to get the other admins to invite you, or you can create all new BBM groups.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Cheers.

Re: blackberry password keeper app.

Hi  ViciousFerret

I thank you for your time and dedication to my problems.

In  regards to my last 2 problems, I got my groups back and yes you were right I had to scan the bar codes to get them back.

The sound issue on my phone is sadly still a no go. Looks like it hast to go in. I can play media files and hear everything record a voice note and play it back and hear everything even the TV in the background. But still can't hear anyone calling me.

Once again thank you for your time and dedication.
