blackberry torch 9860 music player problem

I have a strange problem with the Blackberry Music Player on my BB Torch 9860.

When pausing a song and then clicking on play again then suddenly there is no bass anymore even though I have no equalizers active.

Another strange thing is that this problem doesn't occur when I activated "Repeat this song only

 

please tell me the solution of thi problem

Sorry to hear you are having media issues with your BlackBerry® Torch™ 9860 smartphone.

 

Have you done a reboot yet by pulling the battery? 

 

Does this happen with all songs you pause, or just certain ones? 

 

What software version does your device have? To check go to Options>Device>About Device versions.

Yes i do have same issue .

And i did all the possibilites which you had mentioned , but no result .

Can you please advise another way to get out of this problem .

HI Namanmech ,

 

I had the same issue , as like you . But i got the solution . It happened due to the mucilaginous exe file ( Virus ) .

Pls clean your system or your handset with licensed Antivirus ( ex : Bullgurd ) .
