built-in media - errors!

may i know, after i plug out charger, then my handheld wrote

"built-in media storage not accessible due to detected errors. do you want to repair it now?

" if lost cluster are found during the repair, do you want to save them?

'repairing'

built-in media repair failed.

what should i do ? how to fix this problem ?

when i check the builtin media, it shows builtin media cannot be read, try to format it. so how i have to format it ? using bb desktop manager ? ?

If you have some important data or don't have a backup of your device then activate Mass storage, if allow do a backup .

KB11879 : What is mass storage mode

Or within that Knowledge base there is an article on how to manually transfer files from our device to a pc , then you can format it from within your device. Please go through the KB suggested already .
