call failed

I have torch 8960 and when I call a message appear ( Call Failed ) so I should remove the battery every time to solve this issue. This problem happen everyday once or twice. What is the solution? .... Thanks

Thanks for the question.

 

Have you tried a different SIM card in the BlackBerry Torch 9860 smartphone?  If you did and the same result is happening, I would suggest creating a backup of your data through BlackBerry Desktop Software (Device>Backup).

 

Then follow the steps in this KB article and test the performance prior to restoring any data: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320
