call failure

while on a call the call cuts off and the error message call failure comes up, some one said it could be turning the phone of when i put it to my ear, does this sound correct

I have a few weak spots that does this to me. i just dont call at those land marks if possible. I know 3 of them and my signal drops every time.

 

Are you sure you are in service when it happens?

 

if you cheeek is doing some thing? hold the ear piece to ear first before resting phone on cheek.

 

practice in front of mirror a few times to see when the screen goes black from detecting your face.

I have same problem and losing a lot of call about 8 minutes into a call? And solutions?

try switching your handsets to use the 2G
