camera problem

hi all. i have problem with camera of my BB torch 9860. everytime i try to use camera, it appear message to close another application and open it again. even there are no application was open it. meanwhile, went i try to use videocamera, there a message that can't find viewfinder.. i hope someone could tell me that there a something wrong with camera (hardware) or just a program since that i use my BB already for one year..  thank..

Please Check this Knowledge Base Article for further help :

 

KB15544  : "  Could not lunch Camera application " error appears when opening the Camera on the BlackBerry smartphone.
