Phone broke, got replacement. email doesn't work on new phone. Don't know what my original blackberry id was. Won't sent password unless I know ID.
How do I find/change ID and password.
PS. this is the hardest I've worked to get any device supported.

The easiest method is just to call ATT direct for technical support, and ask them.
But you need to remember your BlackBerryID and password, as it is the key to connecting automatically.
