I am using blackberry torch 9800.
I have been using vodaphone when I arrived at UK in September 2011.
I didn't have enough credit to auto resubscribe the BIS at 11 February 2012.
I topped it up at around 9am that day and until now, 12 February 2012, I still cannot receive message from BBM.
My friend said, they received my message but I cannot receive their messages (they said the message could not 'D' at all)

I have tried to take out my battery and put it back on several times. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall back my BBM application.

Any help would be much appreciated.

And what Vodafone says about that?

vodaphone said that there is not technical problem with vodaphone and BBM service is out off their control. I should contact blackberry regarding this issue.
and additional information. My BBM is working fine with my UK contact, I only can not receive any BBM from overseas.

Please, try to register your BB again.
Options, advanced options, hrt, register now.
May you please check if under wifi coverage BBM works fine?

yes, I have tried to delete service book and register it again by hrt.. but seems that nothing change. I will try to use wifi today and update my progress..

Have you other overseas contacts to contact via BBM to double check this behavior is something not related with your "testing" overseas contact?

I only receive recent updates from UK contacts.. I have tried to BBM 3 of my UK friends and it works fine.
I have tried to BBM 6 of my oversease friends, they received my BBM but they I couldn't receive theirs. It was only checklist but not 'D' they said.

Sorry bad english.. What I meant is, they could received my BBM and I could not receive their BBM.. but it works fine with UK contacts.. I have tried with several contacts..

And did you change your BB when landed in UK? I mean, are you using the same BB PIN?

Can you ask your overseas contacts to check which PIN their BB thinks is yours.

Perhaps you have their PIN number correct but they have yours wrong....
