ok i will do that, but just to let you know i have complained to them infact even today i went to their office but they told me that its my phone that have problem, and i have changed three other service providers and complained to them of my problem but they coudnt help. That was the reason i came to this forum. The phone was sent to me from usa, i dont if there is any kind of restriction from those in the usa. I m confused

You need to ask them specifically the question I stated above.

So EACH of these three service providers can't tell you why you're not connecting to the BIS service?
Do they give you a reason?

ok, i will call them and ask them specifically what you said.
Yes all of them coudnt solve the problem and they say its my phone that has problem and i think i m telling you everything that i know
