convenience key is not working

Hi, I recently got a BB Torch 9860 phone. However the convenience key is not working. No matter to what option I set it to, it doesn't work. The default Camera also doesn't work. I have enabled the keytones on my phone. I hear the keytone whenever I press the convenience key. But nothing happens. My phone's running BB OS 7.0 bundle 2395.

Hi krish,

You can consider updating your device OS to 7.1. Updating your device OS will resolve the issue. Let me know your carrier name.

You can try a battery pull: When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device. If this does't help then you may consider REINSTALLING your existing device OS.
